1. Introduction
Welcome to Cibil99, a B2B platform designed exclusively for DSAs, bankers, and other working professionals operating in the loan and finance industry across India. Through Cibil99, registered users can fetch instant credit reports of their customers (with customer consent) for professional loan processing and assessment purposes only.
By registering and using this platform, you (“User”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2. Nature of Service
Cibil99 provides credit report fetching services to its registered users. The reports fetched through Cibil99 are soft-pull reports, meaning no hard enquiry is generated in the customer’s credit history. Each report costs ₹99 (inclusive of GST) per report.
Reports are provided instantly, showing key details such as:
- Credit score
- DPDs (Days Past Due)
- Existing loans
- Loan history
- Latest bounces
- Lender names
- Recent enquiries and frequency
These insights help users decide where a loan file should be logged in or which lender’s policy aligns best with the customer’s profile.
3. Independent Entity Disclaimer
Cibil99 is not a Credit Information Company (CIC) and is independent of all registered credit bureaus. It acts only as a professional lookup platform that delivers reports exactly as provided by the bureau — without any alterations or modifications.
Note: Cibil99 neither provides loans nor guarantees any loan approvals. It only delivers credit information reports for evaluation purposes.
4. User Responsibilities
- The user must obtain explicit customer consent before fetching any credit report.
- The report must be fetched in the presence of the customer and used only for loan assessment purposes.
- The user must not misuse or share the report with unauthorized persons.
- The customer’s details entered must be accurate and match those used in bank loan applications.
- Any incorrect data entered resulting in report errors or “report not found” will be solely the user’s responsibility.
5. Data Privacy and Confidentiality
Cibil99 ensures that no customer or user data is ever sold or shared with any third party. All reports are generated only with customer consent and used strictly for loan evaluation purposes.
Users must adhere to data privacy laws while handling customer information. Any misuse or unauthorized access will result in immediate account deactivation and may lead to legal action and penalties.
6. Legal Compliance and Liability
Users are fully responsible for any legal or compliance issues arising from misuse or unauthorized access. In case of fraudulent activity, Cibil99 reserves the right to:
- Suspend or permanently deactivate the account
- Issue a legal notice
- Impose a fine or penalty depending on the case severity
7. Refund Policy
The ₹99 service charge is non-refundable as it covers the instant delivery of a credit report. However, if a report could not be fetched due to valid reasons and correct input data, users can email Cibil99 from their registered ID within 7 days for a refund. Verified refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days.
No refunds will be issued once a report is successfully delivered.
8. Dispute Resolution (Credit Report Errors)
If a customer notices inaccuracies (like wrong name or loan account), they can raise a dispute directly with the respective credit bureau. The bureau will verify and update the report within approximately 30 days.
9. Prohibited Uses
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Fetching a customer’s report without consent
- Using reports for marketing, lead generation, or promotions
- Offering credit repair or sending promotional messages
- Sharing or reselling customer data
Any violation may lead to legal action or permanent account termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
Cibil99 shall not be responsible for any incorrect report generated due to wrong user input, decisions made using the report, or any loss (financial or reputational) resulting from its use.
11. Ownership of Customer
Each customer fetched by a user will remain associated with that user only. Cibil99 will never contact or send promotional content to customers fetched by users.

13. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on Cibil99 and using its services, the user confirms they have read, understood, and accepted all these Terms and Conditions. Violation of any term may result in suspension, legal action, or both.
